breaking the ice, since it IS winter, and there hasn't been a post in a bit.

sore after yet another amazing day of snowboarding. contemplating whether to sleep in and rest my body before work tomorrow or get up early and hit the fresh corduroy. all the roommates talk about their days near the fire, good company. though the snow has not graced us with it's presence much yet this winter, the anticipation haunts. feels like good things. we're gonna go fast...

Brand Whores?

So here's the new "trendy thing" in the hipster crowd(Mikey I hope you're taking notes. I expect your spin on it within weeks). The name they gave the a la mode items is retarded: Brand Whores; but apparently reworking a huge corporate logo into your hipster wardrobe makes you in the know.

Granted it is poking a little bit of fun at these conglomerates, which I quite enjoy but most of the examples I've seen have been pretty lame. One however did seem pretty intelligent to me:
